The Problem We Solve

Sourcing flowers shouldn’t be the hardest part of the job but for florists today, it’s a constant headache.

Sourcing flowers is chaotic, inefficient, and unpredictable. For every order, florists juggle countless vendors, uncertain availability, last-minute substitutions, complex logistics, and tangled financial workflows, all while trying to stay creative and deliver beauty on deadline.

How We Do It

Gather Flora connects a deep network of local and national vendors through its powerful,  efficient sourcing platform whether you are buying for next week, or next month.

We streamline procurement, simplify communication, and  so you can trust us to fulfill your order with the best flowers on the market.

β€œSharing a flower, to me, is a deep breath in a crowded, busy, demanding, constantly changing world.”

Hannah Brannan

Founder, CEO / CTO

In 2018, driven by a passion for botanicals and a desire to create meaningful change, Hannah Brannan left the stability of a Software Engineering career to found Gather Flora. Her mission: to build a more transparent, sustainable, and locally driven floriculture industry.

Hannah’s love for seasonal blooms traces back to childhood, tending gardens alongside her grandmother, Becky β€œMimi” Jenkins, in San Marcos, Texas. Mimi’s gardens were more than just landscapesβ€”they were places of magic, beauty, and sanctuary. Years later, Hannah rediscovered that same sense of wonder when she encountered the exquisite heirloom and specialty flowers grown by Northern California farmers. Learning that these stunning blooms were the exception in an industry where over 80% of cut flowers are imported, she became captivated by the potential for positive change through localized sourcing.

Gather Flora, champions a new era for the flower industryβ€”one built on traceability, corporate social responsibility, supply chain alignment, and sustainability. We are building for a world with thriving farms, flourishing businesses, breathtaking flowers, and a deep commitment to environmental impact.

To bring this vision to life, Hannah leads an exceptional team alongside a dedicated community of farmers and florists. Together, they are redefining the flower industryβ€”and invite you to be part of the movement.
