Gather Flora Request for Order Form

Submit a Request for Order (RFO) for a future fulfillment date, and Gather Flora will do all the sourcing work for you. If an item is unavailable, we'll recommend substitutions that meet your criteria—and even offer additional recommendations that match your request.

Please read the following policies carefully:
Please request an order no earlier than 10 days before your desired fulfillment date. We will not accept requests past Tuesday 9AM the week prior to your fulfillment date. This allows us to accurately source all your requested items and work with you on any substitutions or additions. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for payment for all products received upon fulfillment. Payment is due no later than 24 hours after invoice receipt. We do not accept cancellations past the due-by date (Tuesday 9AM the week prior) and will not refund unwanted products.
