Gather Flora is an online local-centric marketplace for professionals in the flower industry and their direct customers. We are best suited for flower businesses or collectives that wish to simplify and save time in their ordering processes while showcasing incredible local flowers.

When you purchase through Gather Flora, we automatically divvy the appropriate funds between the vendors in your supply chain. We also collect a small transaction fee to handle our own operations as well as merchant (i.e.m bank processing) fees.

Flowers on Gather Flora are a natural, variable product. As such, we cannot know for certain when a specific flower will be available. Vendors are able to choose their own timing for their weekly availability list, which will likely change from week to week.

Gather Flora vendors set permissions on their availability lists meaning that only permissioned users may see their products. The permissions may be granted individually or for entire classes of customers like 'wholesalers' and 'everyone.'

Permissions include allowing customers to view, purchase, or even resell their flowers.

To place a claim and receive credit on product or, when possible replace product, please review the following information:

Any quality problems, shortages, or wrong product must be reported to Gather Flora within 24 hours of receipt of the product. This may be done in person at one of our pick-up locations or by completing this form.

You may request a claim if you are able to demonstrate that an inaccurate web photo/description is the reason for the product not meeting your expectations within reason.

Upon approval of your claim, store credit or product replacement when possible, will be issued along with an email confirmation to you.
